The perfect mix of history and comfort
At 240 square meters, Villa Linchiano can accommodate up to 14 guests, offering ample space and a cozy atmosphere. On the ground floor, guests will be greeted by a spacious living room ideal for relaxing moments, an elegant dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. Three bedrooms, one single and two doubles, one of which has an en suite bathroom, offer comfort and privacy. The three bathrooms on the ground floor, all equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet, ensure maximum convenience.
On the second floor, the villa continues to surprise with two living rooms, one of which is embellished with a large fireplace, perfect for convivial evenings. A lovely study offers a quiet space for reading or working. The three upstairs bedrooms, one double and two with twin beds, are furnished with taste and attention to detail. Two bathrooms, one with tub/shower and the other with shower only, complete the floor, along with a practical laundry room.
The Medieval Tower
Next to Villa Linchiano, the historic 12th-century tower adds a touch of magic and mystery to the property. This 95-square-meter tower, arranged on five levels, was inhabited in the 15th century by the famous cartographer Paolo Toscanelli dal Pozzo. His influence was important in Christopher Columbus’ decision to set out in search of the East Indies by sailing west.
Inside the tower, guests will find a kitchen equipped with a charming fireplace, ideal for intimate and atmospheric dinners. A cozy living room, a double and a single bedroom provide comfortable spaces for resting. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet, has been renovated to ensure modern standards of comfort.
