Villa Belvedere with its large spaces that can accommodate up to 8 guests, is the ideal place for an unforgettable vacation in Tuscany. It is situated in a privileged position, offering a panoramic view that embraces the valley of the Cecina mountains, the suggestive soffioni of Lardarello and the picturesque Chianti hills.

At the entry, a stone inscription recalls the ancient origins of the villa. This stone, walled at the entrance of the villa, bears the Malevolti coat of arms, a four-rung ladder with the inscription “Domus Malevolti Donusdeo 1594.” This historical detail testifies to the centuries-old roots of the villa, which originally belonged to Count Ferdinando Malevolti del Benino, who lived here in 1850, when Fattoria La Striscia was his property.

This fascinating historical background serves as a prelude to a large and bright kitchen, perfectly equipped, with an adjoining dining room, ideal for convivial moments. Also on the ground floor, you will find a master bedroom with an elegant en suite bathroom, complete with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The ground floor also includes a practical laundry room, conveniently accessible from the outside.

Going up to the second floor, there are two cozy living areas, each with a large fireplace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm and intimate atmosphere of the villa. Here you will also find a spacious master bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and two bathrooms equipped with a washbasin, toilet and bidet. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub/shower, while the other has a shower only.

Next to Villa Belvedere, a beautiful private swimming pool awaits you, surrounded by a green area equipped with sun umbrella, deck chairs, table, chairs and barbecue.
